Agency plans, compliance scanner & new policy tooling
v1.1.5 is the biggest release since launch. Agency plans go live with three tiers built specifically for digital agencies and consultancies managing compliance for multiple clients. The compliance scanner is now publicly available to all users. Compliance Monitor watches for regulatory changes and flags the documents on your sites that need updating. Auto-regeneration rebuilds affected policies automatically when a law changes. The REST API and signed webhooks are now generally available. Bulk CSV generation, a regulatory update feed, and significant mobile and homepage improvements round out the release.
What’s new
Agency plans (Starter, Pro, Scale)
Three new tiers designed for digital agencies and consultancies. Starter covers up to 5 client sites with client-branded exports. Pro adds the Compliance Monitor, a client-facing portal, and webhook delivery guarantees. Scale adds unlimited policies, auto-regeneration across all client sites, monthly health report emails, data residency choice, invoice billing, SSO/SAML, and quarterly strategy calls.
Compliance scanner — public launch
The real-time website policy scanner introduced in v1.1 is now publicly accessible to all users. Scan any domain to get a 0–100 score and A–F grade, see exactly which policies are missing, and generate fixes in one click. No login required for the scan itself.
Compliance Monitor
Set up monitoring for any domain and PolicifyAI will watch for regulatory changes that affect the policies published there. When a relevant law updates, you receive an alert with a plain-English summary of what changed and which documents are affected.
Regulatory update feed
A curated feed of enacted and forthcoming privacy and data protection laws across the 180 supported jurisdictions — updated as legislation moves through parliament or is signed into law.
Auto-regeneration on law changes
For Agency Scale and Enterprise customers, PolicifyAI can automatically rebuild any document the moment a law it depends on changes, so the published version on your site stays current without manual intervention.
Bulk CSV generation
Upload a CSV of business details (name, domain, jurisdiction, policy type) and generate a batch of documents in one operation. Outputs a ZIP of PDFs and a manifest CSV. Designed for agencies onboarding multiple clients and enterprise teams with multi-brand portfolios.
REST API + signed webhooks (GA)
The REST API is now generally available. Generate documents, retrieve them, trigger scans and receive signed webhook events when a document is ready, a scan completes or a regulatory alert fires. Full reference documentation is available in the developer portal.
Homepage and marketing improvements
The homepage has been updated with cleaner section hierarchy, more direct calls to action, and honest copy that removes exaggerated claims. Social proof elements that could not be verified have been removed.
Mobile experience improvements
Layout, touch targets, and horizontal overflow have been fixed across the entire marketing site so every page is fully usable on phones. Tables scroll horizontally on small screens rather than overflowing.
Compare page overhaul
The /compare page now covers 30+ feature rows including the agency section, the live scanner status, and an honest assessment of where competitors are ahead — rather than a one-sided marketing comparison.
