PolicifyAI is designed to help individuals and businesses create legal policy documents for their own legitimate business purposes. You may use the Service to:

• Generate legal policy templates for your own business, website, or application
• Generate policies on behalf of clients as part of a legitimate professional service
• Download, edit, and deploy generated policies on your own platforms

You must not use the Service to:

• Resell or redistribute — Resell, sublicense, or redistribute AI-generated outputs as your own policy-generation service without our written permission
• Generate fraudulent documents — Create policies intended to deceive users, regulators, or any other party about the nature of your data practices or business
• Abuse the platform — Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or token systems through automated means, scripts, or bots
• Illegal activities — Use the Service in connection with any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonation — Generate policies that impersonate another company or organisation in a misleading way
• Harmful content — Generate content designed to facilitate illegal data collection, privacy violations, or consumer harm
• Reverse engineering — Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI prompts, models, or system architecture

Your account is personal to you. You must not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account unless you are on a Business or Enterprise plan with team seat access.

You are solely responsible for reviewing the policies you generate and ensuring they are accurate and appropriate for your specific circumstances. PolicifyAI generates templates — we do not guarantee that generated policies will satisfy your specific legal obligations. We recommend having a qualified lawyer review any policy before it is published.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If we determine a violation has occurred, we may:

• Issue a warning
• Suspend your account temporarily
• Terminate your account permanently without refund
• Report illegal activity to the relevant authorities
