Refund Policy

Across every paid plan - Monthly Unlimited, Yearly Unlimited, One-Time Pro, and Agency (Starter / Pro / Scale) - the same rule applies: you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not generated any policy on that paid plan. This mirrors the statutory cooling-off period UK and EU consumers have for online purchases (see "Your statutory rights" below), and we extend it as a matter of policy to every customer regardless of consumer status.

Once you generate a policy, you have asked us to begin performing the digital service, and that purchase becomes non-refundable for the remainder of its term (the current billing period for subscriptions and Agency plans; permanently for One-Time Pro, since its allowance is a single lifetime credit).

To request a refund within the 14-day window, email [email protected] with your account email, order reference (from your Stripe receipt), and the reason for your request. We process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

Outside the 14-day window, subscription and Agency plan payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time - your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Because the allowance is credited to your account immediately and the templates you generate are immediately usable, One-Time Pro purchases are non-refundable once any template has been generated against the pack.

If you have not generated any templates against a One-Time Pro purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase under UK/EU consumer law. Email [email protected] with your order reference.

Buying another £49 One-Time Pro pack after using up your allowance simply adds 25 more templates to your lifetime quota - stacking is supported and purchases never expire.

Agency plans (Agency Starter, Agency Pro, Agency Scale) are billed monthly from £119/month. Seat add-ons and extra-client add-ons are prorated within the billing cycle but are non-refundable once purchased, even within the 14-day window for the base plan.

The free plan does not involve any payment and is therefore not eligible for a refund.

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will consider exceptional circumstances such as:

• Significant technical failures on our end that prevented you from using the Service
• Accidental duplicate charges
• Charges after a confirmed cancellation

For any billing dispute, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel a digital content or service purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) or the Consumer Rights Directive (EU). Nothing in this policy restricts that right beyond what the law permits.

Where the law allows a trader to end the cooling-off right once performance of a digital service has begun with the consumer's express request, we treat generating a policy on a paid plan as that request - which is why the 14-day window above is conditioned on not having generated any policy.
