Refund Policy

Monthly & Yearly Unlimited subscriptions

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment for Monthly Unlimited or Yearly Unlimited, provided you have generated no more than 3 templates on the paid plan during that period.

To request a refund within the 7-day window, email [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your request. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

After the 7-day window, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Yearly Unlimited

Yearly Unlimited is subject to the same 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable in full, but you may cancel to prevent renewal at the end of the annual term.

One-Time Pro (£49)

One-Time Pro is a single payment that grants a lifetime allowance of 25 templates on your account. Because the allowance is credited to your account immediately and the templates you generate are immediately usable, One-Time Pro purchases are non-refundable once any template has been generated against the pack.

If you have not generated any templates against a One-Time Pro purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase under UK/EU consumer law. Email [email protected] with your order reference.

Buying another £49 One-Time Pro pack after using up your allowance simply adds 100 more templates to your lifetime quota — stacking is supported and purchases never expire.

Team / Agency

Agency plans are billed monthly from £99/month. The same 7-day first-payment refund window applies on the first billing cycle. Seat add-ons are prorated within the billing cycle but are non-refundable once purchased.

Free plan

The free plan does not involve any payment and is therefore not eligible for a refund.

Exceptional circumstances

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will consider exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Significant technical failures on our end that prevented you from using the Service
  • Accidental duplicate charges
  • Charges after a confirmed cancellation

For any billing dispute, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you may have statutory rights including the right to cancel a digital service within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) or Consumer Rights Directive (EU). However, by using the Service and generating policies immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that performance of the digital service has begun and waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off cancellation under applicable consumer protection legislation.
