We're a small, remote-first team building serious compliance tooling from the United Kingdom. We hire carefully and rarely — but when we do, we look for people who raise the bar for everyone around them.
Where we work
Based in the United Kingdom. Our company, legal entity, and core operations are UK-based. We pay UK taxes, follow UK employment law, and our default business language is British English.
Open globally. We hire from anywhere in the world. We've worked with team members across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Location is not a blocker — timezone overlap and communication quality are.
English-first. All internal communication, documentation, code reviews, and product decisions happen in English. Fluency is not optional — you need to write clearly and read fast.
Fully remote, no exceptions. We don't have an office. We don't plan to get one. You need reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and the discipline to work without supervision.

How we work
Ownership over process
You own the problem end-to-end. No ticket shuffling. No hand-offs to a separate "QA team". If you ship it, you stand behind it.
Correctness over speed
We operate in compliance. Getting it wrong has real consequences for our users. We'd rather ship a week late and be right than ship on time and be wrong.
Async by default
We communicate in writing. Long-form proposals, clear decisions, documented rationale. Synchronous meetings are for things that genuinely need them.
Honesty over politics
If a feature is wrong we say so. If a plan won't work we say so. Disagreement is healthy — silence about problems is not.
