Subject to your compliance with this EULA and our Terms of Service, PolicifyAI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licenceto access and use the PolicifyAI platform (the "Service") solely for lawful business purposes.

7.Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. PolicifyAI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PolicifyAI's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the Service is capped at the total fees you paid to PolicifyAI in the 12 months preceding the claim.

PolicifyAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.Termination
