White-Label Branding

White-label branding replaces all PolicifyAI references in your generated policies, exports, and client-facing pages with your agency's brand. Configure it in Agency → White Label & Branding.

What gets white-labelled

  • Policy document headers (brand name, logo, tagline)
  • PDF and Word exports
  • HTML exports
  • Invitation emails sent to team members
  • Public policy pages (shared links)
  • Client portal (Agency Pro+)
💡 PolicifyAI branding is completely removed from all the above. Clients and their website visitors will only see your agency's name and logo.

Brand identity

Brand name

Your agency or business name. This appears wherever the policy references “the company” in document headers and footers. If not set, policies default to the business name entered at generation time.

Tagline

A short line displayed under your name in branded policy headers. Optional — leave blank if you don't want a tagline.

Website URL

Shown in policy footers so policy readers can find your agency. Format: https://youragency.com.

Your logo is displayed in the header of every generated policy, PDF, and HTML export. PolicifyAI uses a URL — upload your logo to a CDN and paste the public URL:

  • Cloudinary — free tier available, upload via dashboard or API
  • Imgur — free image hosting, works for PNG/JPG
  • Your own CDN / S3 — most reliable for production use

Recommended spec: 200×60 px, transparent background (PNG or SVG preferred), max 200 KB. The image is displayed at up to 160 px wide, constrained to 36 px height in policy headers.

Brand colours

Set a primary colour (used for headings, logo text, and section borders) and a secondary colour (used for accents and highlights). Enter hex values or use the colour picker. The live preview in the dashboard updates in real time.

On vertical/mobile screens, the colour pickers stack vertically — tap the colour swatch to open the native colour picker.

Document font

Choose from 9 system fonts for branded policy document headers. The policy body always uses the viewer's browser default font for readability — the font setting only affects branded header sections.

Custom domain (Agency Pro+)

Host client-facing policy pages on your own domain — e.g. legal.youragency.com instead of policifyai.com/p/.... Requires a CNAME DNS record:

legal.youragency.com CNAME cname.policifyai.com

Add your domain in the White Label page, set the DNS record in your domain registrar, then click Verify. DNS propagation can take up to 24 hours.

Team members and branding

All team members in your workspace automatically inherit your white-label branding. Any policies they generate will use your brand name, logo, and colours — they do not need to configure branding themselves.

Troubleshooting

Logo not showing

Ensure the logo URL is publicly accessible (test by opening it in an incognito browser window). The image must be served over HTTPS. If you see a broken image icon, check that the URL is correct and the file is not behind authentication.

Branding not appearing on older policies

Branding is applied at render time — not baked into the stored policy text. Existing policies will reflect your latest branding settings when viewed or exported. No need to regenerate old policies.
